Production Name Decision

For our film to have all the components we need, we needed to establish a final production company name. We each made up our own company name and our reason behind it. Something we did differently was not all discussing it and instead of making a google form for our family and friends to vote on. This was my idea and I thought it can be a fun and unique way to choose a component of our film. We had the poll up for a day and then closed it.

As we were seeing the results come in it was very much a tie between "Promiscuous Pictures" and "RisingShine Films". This was between me and Barbara. Kelly's name "B25" was a spin-off of "A24" which is a production company name of some iconic films. Although, it seems no one was able to make that connection which led to kelly's name being at the bottom. Mia's name "Flight Existence" was never really at the top and we all made fun of it because it never had the word "studios", "production", or "pictures" in it. Somehow Mia's name won the overall poll with 30.3%!!!

The poll numbers were 30.3% for Flight Existence, 27.3% for both RisingShine Films and Promiscuous Pictures. Last place was 15.2% for B25. 

Now that we have our final production name, it will be featured in the opening of our AICE Media Studies film project that we will begin filming this Saturday. We are excited to begin the filming process. We are narrowing down a checklist to ensure our filming day is as smooth as possible and successful.
